This says what [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we") collects when you use Cage Contractor Pro, what we do with it, and what you can ask of us. Plain language on purpose.

We use a small number of providers to run the Service. Each only gets what it needs for its job:
Data is stored in the United States.
For as long as your account is open. When you close your account, or ask us to, we delete your company's data within 30 days, except billing records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
The homeowners and contractors you enter are your customers, not ours. You are responsible for having the right to store their details. We hold that data on your behalf and only act on your instructions.
Your password is stored only as a one-way hash by our sign-in provider; we never see it. New accounts are confirmed with a one-time code emailed to you. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to the people who run the Service. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it. Email support@cagecontractorpro.com. We answer within 30 days.
The app keeps a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
